    DHL/KALITTA 747

If I remember correctly there was some mention of a hybrid DHL/Kalitta 747 on these forums. Well, after getting a look at my brand-new nephew at Englewood Hospital in north Jersey I was headed home when wouldn't you know it here comes the damn thing on short finals for 22R at EWR. I love this color scheme! Mind you, these are "grab shots" taken at 75mph. Had I been the passenger I would have gotten a decent taxi shot. I always take the truck lanes when going southbound on the turnpike so I can check out the Newark traffic.

Gee William, these are not only HOT OFF THE PRESS, they are terrific for the given conditions. I am all aware of on the move shooting... great deal just capturing her!

the clarity is insane...especially the second one considering you were driving 75mph the OPPOSITE direction and had to pan on the plane going the other way....hats off to you sir, hats off.
Have you ever seen a grown man naked?

Nice catch! Guess she doesn't say Air Hong Kong after all. Hard to tell from far away but I guess the Kalitta titles would explain why she was parked with the rest of the Kilitta aircraft.

Aargh - I would have seen it from the train this afternoon if it wasn't foggy and rainy.

    Thank you, Captain Obvious...
I'd be more surprised if Senga didn't get a shot!

Last time I saw him / met him was at Inwood Park with Conrad for the first arrival of the Finnair MD-11 Cargo.
