No pictures, since I don't even bother bringing a camera to Newark, but the winds had all arriving EWR traffic flying the sidewinder to 29 this afternoon; heavies included. The CO 772s were impressive in the turn, but the winner was the LH 346, arriving right at sunset and taking a gawky-looking bank on short final. Landing distance after the displaced is 6500' - I can't imagine there are that many 777 arrivals on a strip that short anywhere in the world.

The only real items of note were CKS 744F 744CK, A332 EI-DIP, now repainted from the AirOne c/s to the Alitalia n/c, and DL M90 905DA sitting with its left nacelle open; presumably taking an extended visit to EWR.
