Nice catches Kaz! Here is some of my stuff from my brief stay.

Caught Cathay departing this morning off 4L from the mounds

    Some from Panera

Finally caught this bird in the air!

Oops..........forgot to add this............Lufthansa MD-11 at it's cruise altitude above Panera (boy! do I wish I had a 600mm lens or better.).

Sweet stuff Mark! Man, that Cathay took a while to retract its gears.

Glad you finally caught I <3 Blue York in the air!

JFK is on the 22's right now with some offload to 31LKK to be expected..... Possible flip back to solid 31's after 0930 hour and before 1330..... GET OUT AND MAKE ME PROUD!!! Great day to be at JFK... The light is fantabulous!

For the record, light is ONLY GOOD because I am not out there LOL...

On the 22's from The Mounds, the foreign heavies always deliver long low departures...

MARK!!!!! That Cathy is just OFF THE HOOK!!! wow... loving it...

I have to echo the others, that's a great set!

Made my first visit to Howard Beach yesterday afternoon on my way to the Five Towns. All I can say is, I have no idea why I've never gone there before. Caught the Air China 744 banking and ANA 777 and was ready to get Eva until I noticed her make the left turn to head towards the 22R hammerhead. I was pissed they were switching until I realized that by the time it got to 31L the light would have been totally gone anyway.

I couldnt agree more. There is something to be said for getting up at the crack of dawn to catch some sweet aircraft that may not fly during the daytime.
