    JFK 1-9-11

Good weather, albeit slightly windy and cold.

    Tried some new angles.

Nice to see the usual suspects today and our new addict, Kaz :-) Brandon, you have the 787 and 747-8 and 747-8I on a regular basis and I only wish... these are mostly regular visitors (except the Arabian Cargo and AeroMexico which I had never seen) You will have your chance! More importantly, you missed a rare weather day where it was SUNNY and CLOUDLESS from sunrise to sunset.

Here are some of mine. Have not yet gone through the other CF card

I know it's back lit, but do you know how much trouble it is to get to Innwood just to catch it and return?

It was great to see a few of the guys around today spotting. Light was great, but too darn cold (where is global warming???). Here are a few shots from today. I have plenty more, which I'll probably won't get to until I return from my trip to Dallas (unfortunately I won't have any time to spot). Stay warm gang!!!!

    From HoBe this morning

    An unexpected guest

Kind of like the angle on this shot

Honestly the main reason I want to go was for the 380's.

Brandon, don;t worry... the Emirates has been a very steady daily flight while Air France has been replacing the A380 with a 777 a lot lately. Either way, if you come back a feww months from now, you may even get the Lufthansa A380 as well as the Emirates and the Air France

A few more from this morning

Something was going on but President and Vice President had no schedules published for the day... eventually nothing happened while we were there

when you nail the exposure on this girl, it just rocks!!

oh how I wish for an A380 departure at this time :-)
