With one day left, probably time to start rolling out your favorite aviation photos of the year. Try it to keep it to top five or so.
Let's see 'em!

You know, I could ask "didn't we already do a 'best of 2010' thread", but damn those are some killer shots!!! I actually felt a little nauseated by that Herc cockpit shot. I guess when Stinger threatened Maverick that he was going to be flying "cargo planes full of rubber dog**** out of Hong Kong" he wasn't referring to the C-130
Keep 'em coming, folks
Sort of, yes. We did a best catch of the year - as in most unusual catch you've gotten this year. We haven't done a straight up best photo (which is not necessarily the same as best catch) of the year."didn't we already do a 'best of 2010' thread"
The shots above are so good that my camera crapped itself....I did not even know that could even happen.......Here are my few of 2010..
I am hoping to open my spotting account for 2011 in JFK and NYC.....
HAPPY 2011Everyone
Spotting Deprived Spotter...Need some spotting....
Vivek that was probably the funniest post I have read in a long time.....LOL
However, your pictures are certainly not lacking in awesomeness
Although I haven't posted some of these in the forum, these are some of my favorites from this year (I have plenty more but will limit myself to these few):
From LAX at Imperial Hill as the sun was setting
Cathay Pacific landing on 13L at JFK
JAL departing off 22R at JFK
Sunset from Bayswater
Jet Blue and a Virgin (on 4L)
China Airlines departing off 25R from LAX

You guys all have great pictures that far top mine. Congratulations to all of you! (I guess that it also helps if you have easy access to JFK as opposed to CLT)
Mryia at Charlotte picking up a rotor from the Seimens company.
This one made the top 4 at JP.net. 1st in the series of a touchdown, aborted landing, and taking back off. This was one of the 25-75 pictures my dad took on my camera. The one plane I let him take was this spectacular sight....

Nice stuff Sergio and Adam.....I was think about posting the 707 as well. I know a bunch of us were at the mounds waiting, waiting and waiting for that bird to finally show up. It was well worth the wait!!!
Sergio, how can your list NOT have a Delta?
