With the thunderstorms that are blowing through right now, it really is! Looks like they are still on the ground at ISP - they had already postponed to a 5:15ish departure long before the weather got here, now everything in the area is a mess, so they may be there a while.

Looks like she is re-positioning back to LGA Saturday mid morning now.

I wonder if Mr. Trump has weekend out of the area plans somewhere and needs his new airplane meaning a LGA departure as well?

well she's home again, looks like the crew is still getting used to the way the new airplane flies. the approach was flown very nose-high and they bounced her twice before getting the spoilers to deploy and settle on her mains.
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.

She made a nice bank in front of my window when she took off runway 22 heading NE to EGPD.

A 2-2 departure at midnight? LGA's neighbors must have loved that.

For those that didn't or couldn't read the article it appears the 75 made a round-trip from ABZ to Paris today, would be cool if they landed at LBG for a quick un-official visit to the Paris Air Show their, Im sure the local photags would LOVE that !

^ What a great shot. Can someone give some insight as to why those white boxes (please forgive my ignorance!) on the top weren't painted black? Are they something that would malfunction if painted?

Also looks like they opted for gold paint in lieu of gold leaf for the TRUMP titles. I personally thought the gold leaf from the 727 looked better, but I would assume it was expensive to maintain and replace it.

Found this on Flickr--pretty grainy but still a great shot!
