another 727 leaves the scene, say it aint so !!!
The beehive hummm of the JT9D and GE CF680C2,the thunder of the JT8D-17,the rumble of the PW1830 and the high ,thin whine of the PW 545A are all music to my ears!

On the FAA website, it says a temporary certificate was issued to 757AF on Wednesday and will expire April 1st. Does this have something to do with a pending registration change?

I flew into PBI Saturday and Trumps B727, VP-BDJ was sitting on the ramp by Jet Aviation . Left early evening yesterday and it was gone. Peter Nygards Super 727 "N Force" sat there all weekend. Like Trump he has his name, full name, on the fuselage!! Nice livery!!

No one else looked at the US$100mil price tag for the 752 and thought "gee that's a little high for that aircraft"?

The A/C might be going through a heavy check chris. If thats the case it takes at least a month for the check itself not including paint time and cockpit mods.

VP-BDJ landed about an hour ago but is scheduled to go down to KBQK. Looks like he is going to see his new ride.

Back on Feb. 28th Donald said the 757 should be in service "in about a month," so hopefully it's on its way to LGA right now! I wonder if the 727 will be stored at BQK or return to New York?

While I can't find a way to track it, according to Flight Aware was last in the air on March 1st.

Side note: found some cool pictures of VP-BDJ going through heavy maintenance at BQK back in 2009:

Yea that would be accurate. The heavy check might be done. Lets hope the 757 is for his presidential campain and hes holding onto the 727.

    HERE IT IS!!!

    ... sort of ...

Donald's son celebrated his fifth birthday 2 weeks ago and he had a very cool cake--A 757 (with winglets) in VP-BDJ colors!

Celebrity cake maker Elena Shumskaya of The Fine Art of Cakes designed a chocolate 3D model of Donald’s new 757 jet.

    AWESOME!!!!!
The three most common expressions in aviation are, "Why is it doing that?", "Where are we?" and "Oh Crap".

can't wait to see her @ KLGA!!
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.
