People still do this crap? Bunch of inbred morons
Anyone who gets caught doing this should be strapped to a table and have their own laser aimed straight at their junk
And, that last post just made me a Senior Member- freakin sweet
i've been lucky and it hasn't happened to me but i know a pilot who got lased and managed to lose about 400ft altitude during the encounter. not necessarily a good thing when you're only traveling at 500ft!
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.
There have men many posts about this before and it will continue, here is my take taken from the thread the last time this happened
Here is the thread with all of our views

The three most common expressions in aviation are, "Why is it doing that?", "Where are we?" and "Oh Crap".
Ok, I'm sorry about making a another thread
It is all good, no problems here. Just bringing back one of the other threads with good discussions.

It happens more than people know, especially around this area! There have been numerous lazing incidents all throughout N.J. in the past year... I've been "lazed" twice over Afghanistan at altitudes over 20,000' - not a big deal.. Can't imagine getting lazed by the same strength laser at 1,000 or 2,000'!
