Yesterday Hawaiian Airlines announced it's increase from 10 firm orders, to 16 firm orders for the A332. Hawaiian has three A332's already in there fleet flying between LAS, LAX and HNL.
The A330's have 30 additional seats compared to there 767's and also have an increase in range to serve further destinations in Asia, North America and the Australia.
The increase in order is also to help offset the return of leased 767's that are due to start being returned next year and are likely to come in the same sense as a 1 for 1 type of deal.
