That would explain the "16mins and growing due to VIP" delays. Any idea how long The Prez is in town?

Gone by 7:45 or so. Was in Cresskill NJ just north of the GWB. BTW Mateo they used CH-53 Stallions and not Sea Knights? Sweet!!

Yep; -53s, not -46s. Still in the HMX-1 c/s, though. Also noted 2 SQ 345s; SGA on today's flight, and SGD parked by the 20s bulb (blocking my view of the Fedex 727 :< ) Looks like Monday night's flight never went back. Otherwise, LOT and SK Star Alliances, and I didn't see any COs with UA titles, but it looks like the 739 was there, but hidden on an interior gate.

Reconfirmed again this morning around 1040L when 3x CH-53 and 3x VH-3 departed EWR and headed south.

Interesting they stayed overnite. Weather was fine if they were flying back to Andrews. Is it policy not to fly at night if they were just shuttling the aircraft bacK?

There was 3 CH-53's and 2 VH-3's. The VH-3s went to the southwest but after swinging behind the tower the 53's went over to the city for a little sight seeing before heading back to the south. One of my coworkers requested a nice close approach to the tower for some pics and the VH-3's couldn't have done it any better, the 53's, lets just say it wasn't nearly as good.

Here's what a little white out can do now

The three most common expressions in aviation are, "Why is it doing that?", "Where are we?" and "Oh Crap".
