Oceana Airshow 2010

Here are some photos from the Oceana airshow this past weekend:

The Horsemen left their P-51 Mustangs at home and brought two Bearcats and a Corsair. They really flew a great demo:





It was nice to see a 4 ship heritage flight - becoming a rarity these days:



The Fighting Omars came out to play in the Airpower demo:



The new paint scheme for the Felix 100 CAG jet :

The Viper West demo was brilliant, Booster sure tore up the sky:

Hey Chris, It was great hanging with you on Sunday. Man, you weren't kidding about Booster and his demo - absolutely outstanding - way better than Viper East. I am really glad I made it out there, and next year I will do the full three days again. From some of the photos I've seen on asb, the Friday night show looked pretty cool.

Did something crazy the past weekend: drove 7+ hours Friday night to Oceana, watched the Saturday show, stayed at a hotel for the night, then drove 8+ hours back to Jersey. I have to say it was worthwhile for the long driving and lost sleep to see the show at NAS Oceana.

Here are some of my pictures, not spectacular, but I still would like to share.
