The Marshall caused it by my guess. Looks like the crew interpeted his actions to mean it was ok to release brakes becuase they were hooked up. This would be furthur validated if we could establish if the bypass pin was in or not. My guess would be a yes if they release brakes. They likely assumed that they were hooked up and good to go if they looked and saw that they had no nose steering and the marshall was gone. Just heresay because we don't have the facts but an edumicated guess on my part.
