While riding on the JFK AirTrain yesterday, I noticed a US Airways aircraft with the Philadelphia Eagles logo on the livery. Are the Eagles a sponsor for this airline? It was parked at T7 (BA Terminal).

I have no inside knowledge, but I doubt that USAirways recieves any compensation from the Eagles or the NFL. More likely, the NFL would charge them a license fee to use the logo.
I believe there's usually some sort of marketing deal between the two parties, as mentioned in this article (http://www.sportsbusinessdaily.com/article/114186) The team gets their logo on the jet, while the airline gets ads in the stadium.
