    Sweet captures Luke!

Got home from work this Monday afternoon and tuned into the tower..........sounded like a couple more arrivals. Decided to pass by the triple hangers and caught a Tupolev Tu-154M and the Global Jet Luxembourg A318.

I hit the triple hangers around 1630 and nothing was sitting there, but plenty of security. Unfortunately I couldn't stay to see anything come in, but as I was leaving the field and I looked in my side mirror I saw a 707 leaving! I guess it was the Romainia departing.

    Wow, great set Eric.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We have a small problem.
All four engines have stopped. We are doing our damnedest to get them under control.
I trust you are not in too much distress. —Captain Eric Moody, British Airways Flight 9

Haha, no worries Justin. Murphy's Law hadn't hit me this month yet, so it was bound to happen. I'll just whine until I get it, or amnesia sets in

I can't believe I missed that 707 - silly job search gets in the way once again...

Good to see everyone today - we even had a newbie find us at The Mounds (I'm sorry - I forgot your name ) who came up from Houston to spot at JFK. Hope to see you out again before you head home!

The last Luftwaffe aircraft I photographed were West German Tornados out the back of my KC-135 more than 20 years ago!

Wow, great stuff. I am punching myself for not sticking around JFK today after I landed. I saw Uzbeck from my house as I was walking in the door. What time did the 707 come in? I completely missed all of this if they were 31 arrivals somehow.
