The Brazilian Smoke Team was pretty awesome!!
And I like the representation of Big Metal (C-17, C-130 etc). I wish Jones Beach would get some of these big boys!!

It's hard to take chances but sometimes it's better if you do

I thought the Smoke Squadron was pretty good. Started off slow but built up. What is their "smoke demo"?
The hovering Harrier was pretty awesome!! Friggin LOUD!!
And loved the double Dauphin demo.
I hung out between the Tropicana and the Hilton. Good sight lines and moved down to the beach line for the Harrier/TBirds. One thing is that people who stayed to the
north of the Caesars Pier missed out on some good stuff. I was out last night walking around figuring out where to go. Good recon there.
Oh and the freshly squeezed lemonade with vodka was also quite good.
The Supercobra was actually canceled this weekend. The smoke demo involves their C-130 and I believe it was going to write "Happy 100th anniversary Atlantic City".

    Also that Harrier was loud!!!!!

    YES IT WAS!!!
And the demo with the C-130 would have been cool. I didnt even realize they had one until I just saw a pic of their Statue of Liberty Fly-By.

In retrospect I should have stayed an extra day. I was pretty beat at the end of the show especially as I was dragging around my backpack with my stuff from staying overnite. Also
there was some great live music on the Boardwalk by the old Convention Center AND those Vodka Lemonades. Mmmm mmmm
But it worked out well. I was going to get on the 5PM bus but the 4:30 had extra seats so I hopped on board and we made great time until we got to the Lincoln Tunnel exit off I95. But
big shoutout to the Greyhound driver. He found a shortcut that definitely saved time, then a walk to Penn Station, minimal delay on the LIRR and I was home by 8:40. Not bad and it
sure beats driving. Much more relaxing.

IMO Greyhound is the way to go on trips to AC on their lucky streak buses. You may not get the $25 cash-back bonus from the casino like you do with Academy, but the wifi, power outlets and nicer seats make up for it.

I was at the airshow for a little - had a comped room at Caesars - but didn't hang around for much. I had logged 14 hours of poker the night before and was exhausted!

    Hey where are your priorities?
And yes both rides were comfortable and considering NY/NJ traffic pretty fast.

Well at least you didn't have to wake up early and then come home late. And taking the bus and LIRR takes the extra stress off ya. I'm glad everything worked out for you.

    Speaking of the Harrier:

Great shot of Rob Hollands MX-2. I had my binocs with me and had him scoped out blasting in from the south right on the deck.
His flying was awesome and breathtaking as he dove to what seemed like inches off the water before gaining altitude.
