    Iranian Fighter Explodes on Landing

An Iranian Sukhoi Su-24 has hydraulic problems in Tehran. It doesn't end well for the plane, but the crew ejects safely at the last possible second. Believe this occurred in late 2009.

Do you think they had the hydraulic problem before or after they slammed it into the runway a few times?

Wow. At first I thought I had missed the part where they ejected then, "Oh. There they are."

Can't believe they rode that thing out so long.

I wonder if they were actually trying to stop it. I presume brakes were dead if they had no hydraulics.
