The rest of the Saudis left last night - 3 Triples, the MD-11, the SP, and the 757. 777AS is still kicking around. And how much per gallon are we paying now?

Jeez. Only about 3.05 in the Charlotte area and since we get our gas in SC (5 mins from the house) it's only 2.94 regular.

and I thought that paying 3.35/gal today here in CT was bad.

It's all NY Taxes... we need more republicans up in Albany and more people willing to put up Wind Mills or something to make up the difference in revenue. It should not be taken out of driver's backs. PEOPLE WILL DRIVE!!!!! Regardless of gas prices, never enough people will break the backs of the Oil cartels to lower prices. They are the best crack dealers in the world. They know EXACTLY how much we tolerate and float it at that level forever... it will take hard work for gas prices to be controlled. People will simply give up other things but driving their cars is the last they will give up.

Or perhaps if we had the passenger rail system that Europe has, we would see less cross country driving.

From high above in the late evening glow I am watching the most magnificent of sights... a 737-200Adv. in the que behind Air India to go on 22 Right... Songbird 6401 to Havana.... What a beaut... From here I would be eye level with her as she climbs out of the 22's..... Too bad I dont have my SLR with me at work ever.

We all waited for her on the beach at HoBe but she never left while you guys had the 31s open :-( Nice someone got her leaving :-)

But, 4:33pm? Hmm, I could have sworn we were listening and never heard her check in or leave.

What about that Presidential 757? What was up with that little surprise?

That was a standard SAM flight... Nothing special about it... No name dignitaries on board. No special handing... No one special on board.
