Yes, my post acknowledged that they no longer fly the QFA into JFK anymore. Hoping, they might paint a "Wunala-type" scheme on their A3456 but I guess not. I did see the "One World" scheme recently. I fear Qantas will stop all service to JFK by next year and use a code-share with AAL. Qantas left JFK for decades in the past. I had to fly out to LAX to see their aircraft. A good excuse to travel; I love LAX.

Etihad F1 came in yesterday afternoon which was a total surprise. Is it only a special flight or is it in the rotation for the regular flights to NY?

The slowpoke in front of me took his sweet time making the left turn into Costco, or I would have gotten a great side-on of F1 yesterday. So I took the shot through my windshield and got a mediocre shot.

Probably someone who didn't even need the 40-roll pack of toilet paper they were going to buy.

The Atlas 744 painted in Emirates Cargo colors was here last night. She landed on 4 Left and for a moment before I remembered the ACMI I flet like I was in a weird twilight zone where EK had 744's. Suprisingly, I did not see our faithful JFK reporter on some form of an airport vehicle racing along a perimiter road taking pictures.
