I was watching the landing and the loading, they do not leave it running, that was just the APU.

I was there today and at aprrox 3:48 a T-6 Texan ID: JMC 3829 took off....

I do have to say the people at the Republic FD are nice because I was standing outside the car with my scanner and they came by and I thought oh snap I am gonna get kicked but they asked if anything was wrong and we breifly talked about the airshow.

The visit is part of the NOAA Hurricane Awareness Tour. According to the press release on their website, it is scheduled to be at FRG from 2:30-4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
