Anything parked at Signature at EWR is pretty much a no-go as far as shooting. Really the only place were you can maybe shoot something parked is something parked on the NW corner, where the road curves south.

If I'm reading Flightaware correctly, EWR currently has the Kingfisher G-II and 727 on the deck along with a pair of Jet2 757s (G-LSAB and LSAC, by acars). Looks like UK shopping season came early this year.

Saudia 747SP is due into JFK this afternoon between 4:00pm-5:00pm. Hopefully it shows up while there is still light.

Saw a news article that said following POTUS visit to Scranton on Wednesday, he is scheduled to visit NYC that evening, so I imagine the C-17 is bringing advance equipment to JFK.

WEll just getting home to my to do list... BUt a great day.

So that is the second time I've seen a c17 inbound to JFK to the 22s. Last time time was on my way home from my sons bris. That telltale knife edge bank is unmistakeable for the c17.

We were out all day but I was happy enough to see that.

WEll on the way home, the Etihad F1 was overhead. Again, anohter that I've never caught (not that I've been out spotting in a while) but a beautiful jet.

If the meetup that Phil is planning gets moved to Wednesday it would be an awesome end to the day to catch AF1

Saw White Tops going north over the Hudson river today around mid-day from the Empire State Building! Yesterday, while spotting JFK, I heard NYPD Copter ask for clearance to take pictures of BOTH ENDS of RWY 31L / 13R for security inspection. I figured it had to do with POTUS...

2x Jet2 charters due in to EWR from the UK Thursday mid-morning. Check Flightaware for exact times once they get airborne. If previous patterns hold, will likely stay until Sunday, and return back to England with quite a few shopping bags in the hold.

What's the deal with the chartered flights from England to come here for shopping? Is stuff that much cheaper here?
