ALB was running arrivals to the East for much of the morning. Landing rwy 10 is very unusual so I thought that I'd head over during lunch and see what I could see. Weather was questionable. Wouldn't you know, they switched to runway 1 and we got a snow squall. Oh well ... On a positive note (for me anyway) we got a couple of diverts from LGA while I was there.
All shots taken from location C on your ALB spotting map:
Snow banks in the spotting area were tall enough to see over the fence when stood upon. I did get honked at by traffic passing by though.
One of the LGA diversions
Regular ALB Southwest traffic
Another divert from LGA
Sharpening does not seem helpful on those snow shots.
I hope that you enjoy them,
Dan
