When I appealed I asked for a 2nd opinion on the "Softness" it was rejected for as I said I could not see it and the shot had passed first screening. So I just politly asked for a third opinion is all and the head screner agreed with me. I think that is the 5th shot I have won on appeal.
Also when I was down in LAX today got the first shot of the eco Skies plane retitled with United! Already accepted here on JP as a hot photo, still waiting to here back from A.net if they will consider it a hot photo or not.

Hey that's a nice Eco Skies shot... I think Woz has a shot of it coming into EWR while he was scouting. Bill, do you have your shot still? you should upload it to compare old vs new ;-0

And Eco Skies is #3 now on JP. A.Net says that it is not worthy of Hot Photo cause they already have a shot of the Eco Skies part with Continental titles and already have 738's in the DB w/United titles. Oh well.

Just paste the ID of your photo, highlight it and hit the button... it will then wrap the number in tags... or you can do it by hand... it should look like this

and result in this
