    JFK 2/20

Always good to see the old crew out with some fresh faces mixed in. Just a few from today.

I heard. Joe called me just after he left. Total bull**** and completely unnecessary iffin you ask me. But on a better note, curling is on and there's a certain blond on the Great Britain team who could sweep my ice anytime iffin you will (and iffin you won't). lol

Great outing today with the crew. Great to see Kenny waving to curious drivers and Gordon with his own set of wheels. The Port Authority police encounter was surprising but at least it ended on a friendly note. Here are today's best:
As Kenny said it best: the last jetBlue we will ever shoot for a long time

    Finally I caught Atlas Air:

Rare sight at JFK: FedEx MD-11

    KLM Skyteam 77W

Three of us we're waiting for Wnuala to come in on 31R until they switched to the 22s. I raced to Rockaway Blvd. and pulled over the cargo buildings and just got in time. Too bad the sun started to dip behind a thick layer of clouds but at least I finally have her.

My own little event ended up transpiring that night. It's better to be in the action than the crowd. :borat:

I am curious about this PAPD encounter. Someone message me the details.

Nice shots, Kenny and Luke. Despite the ominous cloud layer, which staid away until the end, and the encounter with the Port Authority "detectives", it was a pretty decent day!

Here are my two catches of the day:

And screwed again by Wunala. By the way, there is A LOT of snow at the mounds.

Yea they were departing from 31R  Anyway brand spanking new cathay B-KPP. Only 10 days old :borat: Be on the lookout for more as it seems Cathay is getting them quick. Which also means less visits from Asia's World City now :( Anyway perfect day. The sun was really good today. My pics came out so good.

10 days old and first voyage into the states :borat:

Rare visit from a Atlas 747-200

Been trying to get a Fed MD-11 for so long and finally got one. Sadly the shots werent great but at least I got one. Next time i'll hit the mark though :D

Caught a Allitalia 767 with a mouse nose still. Not many left. Also in old scheme.

Missed the arrival but caught the departure up close :borat: AA One World

    Needs a repainting

    Caught her this time :borat:

WARNING! WARNING! INCOMMING! TAKE POSITIONS!

All I can say is wow

Ditto! Love the Lufthansa shot Zee71! My plan was to head to HoBe after Firestone, but after the PAPD encounter I decided to scrap the plan.

Everyone good job on the Wunala! Last time I shot it was 3 years ago when it was landing on 4R, needless to say, it was backlit like hell.
