I am trying to figure out how to include pictures in my post..How would I do that? Thanks..

First, you need to host them somewhere - Flikr, or another web site. Then take the URL of the photo (not of the page it appears on) and paste it into your post using the "IMG" tags...

Something like this (without the *** before and after the photo)
[img]***http://www.moose135photography.com/photos/540701838_mdQwN-M-1.jpg***[/img]

Shows up like this...
