Here is the inbound

Probably the largest aircraft to do a ferry flight JFK-LGA since the DC-10/L-1011 days !

caught a quick glance of it driving up from the grand central, then went back to paying attention to the lovely lady seated next to me.Originally Posted by LGA777

3 Interesting visitors all within about 10 mins.
1st Allegiant MD-87 N948MA departed to take another load of gamblers to Tunica, Mississippi.
Then this unique schemed Hawker HS-125 N843B arrived from OXC

Followed by the departure of LearJet N145GM to her home base of CMH also sporting a (me thinks) pretty cool scheme.

Kind of a unique sight, Delta's delayed 1700 ATL departure and their 1800 taxied out 1 behind the other past the office, both where 757's with winglets in the old livery, what are the chances? N658DL and N660DL, wingletted new colors 757 N648DL passed them in the opposite direction. About 15 mins prior the Mets departed to DEN on N398DA, 737-832 winglets, new colors, they are actually pretty rare.

Allegiant Air MD-87 came to (and left) LGA today, anyone know why they are in town?

Hmmm, looks like they use that flight # for random charters.Originally Posted by N221UA

Allegiant brings their MD-87's in very regularly now, in the last 6 months probably seen them 10-12 times. They fly Public Charters to Tunica, Miss, just SW of Memphis where multiple casino's are located. Usually they ferrry in from somewhere, go to UTA, (which they did Sunday and is posted a few posts prior to your question) then return the same gamblers to LGA 2 or 3 days later, here is today's inbound.Originally Posted by N221UA

Then they ferry out, often to PHL, today it was LBE, from their another load of gamblers usually get picked up for Tunica.
They are ground handled in LGA by CO, and park on their gates.
