Gregory S. Winton, Esq. is the founder and President of Aviation Law Experts, LLC, a national aviation law and consulting firm located near Washington, D.C. For more than a quarter century, he has dedicated his professional career to promoting the aviation industry. Mr. Winton is a former senior trial attorney for the Federal Aviation Administration. He also served as a trial attorney for the United States Department of Justice, Aviation Litigation Division. Mr. Winton is the current chairman of the Rules Committee for the National Transportation Safety Board Bar Association (NTSBBA). He is also a member of the Regulatory issues Advisory Group for the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA).
