Really nice pics Isaac- especially of the A-10 - very impressive stuff indeed. I am so bummed that I missed the A-10s take off yesterday (I showed up at like 10:55 and someone had told me they had taken off a short time earlier....
Ken
Ken, they returned a short time later - they were doing a fly over of the Intrepid for Memorial Day. They are departing for home this morning.

Thanks Ken and Christina!
Christina, I am using a Canon 50D with the Canon 100-400L lens.
Great stuff everyone... I will have to take a lot more time to go thru everything allot better after I get done editing. I am sorting out the shots I want to use and I am up to 1100 from the start until Fat Albert returned on Saturday!!! UGH, I guess I am going to have to remove about 75% of the ones I want to keep!
Please keep in mind that is not including the 2 Sean Tucker flights and 1 T-6 flight with Paul Farber....with those three flights I think I have 2000 I want to keep!
This is going to be a LONG WEEK of editing. To tired to continue now...Back to sorting early tomorrow.
Thank you to all who made this a memorable experience. I had the weekend of a lifetime and still I have not landed!
The three most common expressions in aviation are, "Why is it doing that?", "Where are we?" and "Oh Crap".
Love this shot Fred!
Thanks again for the hook up(s) this weekend.
EVERYONE IS THERE TO SEE THE SHERPA!
The 2 A-10's just took off at exactly 10am
couple more from me.

Here are some of my captures from this years air show ...... I hope everyone enjoyed the air show. Check out my website for more images.
Brilliant shots everyone!
I was away from Saturday AM onward but you guys made it like I never left!
As I headed north on Wellwood from my gym to the office, I saw the A10s depart, taking a long arc eastward and then arcing back west over FRG/Melville. Its great seeing them at a distance sometimes, in the open sky.
So whats news? Coney Island?!! :borat:
THanks to Fred, Moose, Eric, Tom and everyone for sharing the pics and making this such a good thread.
Sorry I was unable to meet all of you, but one day!
And I, I took the path less traveled by
and that has made all the difference......yet...
I have a feeling a handle of people are going to be very interested in what I post in the near future.

Yup thats what makes the fact that the weekend is over easier to handle. We have another Air Show to look
forward to and that whole week is Air Force Week so there will probably be lots of goodies going on!! :D
And I am on VACAY!!!!! :D :D
Don't forget about the Red Bull Air Races in just a couple of weeks also !! :borat:
Well its the most depressing time of year :( The Jones Beach Airshow and all the festivities around it have ended. While I tried to keep everyone informed, I ran into some personal issues that held me back but I hope you guys made use of what I posted and I'm ready for next year! Also it was nice meeting up with you guys and seeing some new and familiar faces. I hope to see you guys attend the Red Bull Air Race, The Atlantic City Airshow, Cony Island, The Grand Old Airshow and all the other air events in the area! And don't worry Jones Beach is only 365 days away ;)
Until next time,
--Kenneth
By the way the static webpage is uploaded and the Steve's Airshow World teaser is embedded in this thread.
The narration audio will be up late Friday afternoon.
