Re: INBOUND! Incoming Arrivals To Your Local Airports

Wow I'm gonna copyright my quote next time and sue everybody :borat:

    What a quoting soup!

Senga, it was me, asking about the Saudi SP. But, N88ZL must visit the JFK area much more than 4 times a year!

I wouldn't be surprised its in OPF getting getting repainted because maint. is usually done by Commercial Jet in MIA. It might have been once or twice since, but last time I saw it at OPF was in 2005. A new colorscheme would be great (anything but dark blue please!)

Man, I hope ZL is not getting parted. She is gorgeous. I am curious if anyone but the USAF even does type ratings on those jets here state side.

    Mario,
Yes N88ZL hits JFK around that amount and EWR a few times as well. You can usually count on seeing it during the UNGA and then the week around Christmas.

The SVA SP rarely visits JFK. In 2009 it hit JFK a few times witch is very unusual in the couple of years I have been in NY. the SP can hit EWR several times a year.

Heads up all. 3 brand new Cathay 773's are in the sky. B-KPM and B-KPN. Both in standard Cathay colors. PN made its 1st trip to the US yesterday and PM made its 4th last night. (yesterday as in 1/30) There is litterally a brand new one yet to arrive in the US as well, B-KPO. Delivered on the 25th. Dont expect to see it for a little bit at least if the trend with the last 2 stays. (They didnt send PN over till a month after they got it.) If it even shots up. It isnt an ER so its unlikely it will be over.

VP-BPZ is filed for a 2104L arrival to LGA.
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.

Yup missed that one :( Although I have it already :borat: On another note the Face To Face BA 747 is sitting overnight. ETD of 0850 in the morning. The colors are the same but it says Face To Face on the front. This 747 (G-BNLO) and G-VIIV (772) are the only ones with Face To Face on them. It was part of their new ad campain and they had some special flights and they put the words on them.

Heads up JFK: Qatar Amiri Flight #1, reg. A7-HHH just flew ATL-JFK this morning. Popped on my ACARS server around 9:10 AM. It's an A340-500 in Amiri Flight colors, you can probably catch her departure depending on when she's leaving.

Habitat poped up while I was on the airtrain heading in for my shift. Had no shot at it. With the snow on the ground you can get some really nice ground shots. Kalitta 744 is at the cargo area. Hasnt shown up at JFK in awhile. Heads up for departure idk when its heading out but it most likely isnt sitting long since it is their only 400.

This one might be going to do a demo for KLM cargo. Figers crossed. Havent heard anything about it though around the air cargo world from my folks.
