    I feel very sorry for her loss. But I think she's just in it for the money. What else can she get out of this? Closure? Come on, everyone that flies in the corridor knows its dangers.

    Didn't the pilot of the fixed wing aircraft fail to get on the proper frequency for the corridor?

    That was previously reported.

    I also remember seeing that Newark was trying to raise the fixed wing pilot but was unable to do so.
