Does LGA Have a Perimeter Rule ?

I read that DCA has a "Perimeter Rule" regarding arrivals. What exactly does that mean? Does LGA have this rule too?

LGA does. can't fly further than a certain distance during weekdays. the exact mileage escapes me though.
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.

Under the perimeter rule, no direct flights to an airport more than 1,500 miles away is permitted. This is in effect 6 days a week, Saturdays are excluded. Denver service was grandfathered in.
