    Camera Bags

since i'm increasing the size of my camera kit by one body i'm in the market for a new camera bag. i need something that will fit 2 SLRs, my 80-400mm and 24-120 lenses and flash comfortably and still hopefully fit under the seat of an airliner. anyone have any ideas? i'm looking at these at the moment:

anyone use these bags, or similar bags that can hold what i need to carry?
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.

Those seem a bit big and pricey for what you want to carry, unless you want to fit a laptop in there as well. I have the Tamrac Velocity 8, which I think would probably fit all the stuff you mention, but it might be a little snug. You might want to check out the larger Velocity 10, which goes for $99 in B&H.

have the velocity 9 now and while it holds everything i have neatly it's annoying. i'm a big guy, and wrapping the strap around my chest doesn't make for comfort walking around. i saw the 10 in B&H today and was actually impressed.... it's definitely not out of the running yet as i'm still torn between a backpack and shoulder bag in the first place.

    Re: Camera Bags

I'm looking for a much larger bag now as well. I anticipate the purchase of another body within the next 6 months, along with a fisheye and hopefully the 70-200 f/2.8. So ultimately, if all goes as planned, my total capacity requirements would be for the following:

2 DSLRs with battery grips, 50mm, 24-70mm, 85mm, 10mm, 70-200mm and 580EX flash. Not too concerned about fitting filters and other small accessories, since most of these bags have ample room for that.

Any suggestions? I am leaning toward sturdy, 2 sling backpacks and would like to try and keep it under $150. The Lowepro mini-trekker AW looks promising. Does anyone have it?

nick and i were talking about that bag the other night, he has it and loves it. i used to have a lowepro but the one i bought was just too big for me, so i got rid of it. i'm also looking at this:
    http://www.tenba.com/products/Shooto...-Backpack.aspx

tenba makes a full line of bags, the mini doesn't hold a laptop but the small-large do:

    this is the small backpack:

since i nonrev i have to be able to fit the bag under an airliner seat. that's my limiting factor in size.
