darrell where are these airplanes normally based?
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.
Based in Dubai, but recently the only US destination has been Toledo. They havent been a regular visitor at JFK for almost 2yrs
it's enroute to JFK , eta 4pm
I never knew it'sa rare visitor to JFK. I guess I was lucky that I got it in Dec 07 at JFK.

I didn't realize it was as rare compared to the A310 though I love both.
And I, I took the path less traveled by
and that has made all the difference......yet...
I have a feeling a handle of people are going to be very interested in what I post in the near future.

Gorgeous shot there Mario, I thought that A310 wasn't too rare at JFK?
Royal Jordanian used to bring a freighter A310 to JFK, I guess they don't anymore?

The A310 is by far more rare than the B747F
The A310 no longer operates for Emirates Sky Cargo.
How about the RJ A310 @ JFK?
Oddly that Emirates A310 showed up at FLL at least twice that I know of, coming from JFK. One time I could have gotten it but was too lazy after having the 744 already to drive the 20 minutes from Miami. I guess I should've gone.
JFK used to get a TNT 757, guess not anymore? I wonder if anything rare ever shows up cargo-wise at JFK these days.
I believe the TNT 757 was operating for Icelandair Cargo. I haven't seen the RJ A310 in a while but I know they still are around as I saw one as recently as July at Heathrow. In terms of rare cargo-wise... There was the Arrow Air 757 earlier this week and last night the DC-10 and some other odd ball stuff shows up at the wee hours of night I'm sure.Originally Posted by Mayi757
