Eddy Gual's Classic MIA DVDs! (WOW!)

Eddy Gual is one of the most popular and respected names in aviation enthusiasm in the US. I received an email today telling me about the videos he made from the 1980s and 1990s in MIA (DVDs made by the folks at AirliveTV.net), and I knew wit would be good.

Being under 30, I always wished my parents met sooner, as I feel that I missed out on some amazing times in aviation. I used to wonder what the sounds of the old planes were like. I look at the older shots on Anet and think about what it must have been like to hear and see these planes on the move. Well, Mr. Gual has your prescription.

Awesome find, Phil! I can still recall the late '80s visiting family down there when Tampa would run
multiple 707's per day, DC-6's, 7's and 8's were common, PBA still flew their red/white/blue DC-3's, BA did a
twice (IIRC) weekly IAD extension with Concorde and Eastern and Pan Am ruled the roost. I need to check
    these out!

Not kidding, I'd love to get an MP3 of these and just listen to it on my way to work. My geekdom doesn't get much worse.

    Awesome find!

I have tried to get a hold of old Miami DVD's from the mid-late 90 that used to be for sale in the Just Planes store on 72nd ave next to the Eldorado spotting location. The store closed years ago, I bought some magazines and books but never any videos. Now I wish I could find them! Some were VHS tapes.

I don't know if Eduardo shot these videos himself but I'm sure they'll sell "como pan caliente!". His Miami slide collection has to be one of the most extensive as he's been shooting there since the 70s. During the 70s, 80s until late 1990s MIA saw an incredible variety of planes and airlines.
