GBS is a risk with the normal flu shot and the one reason I've never got the flu shot and never will. The risk also remains with the vaccine for Swine flu shot. Its a small risk but as you can see by this segment its not a something you want to be afflicted with. If you're healthy and you contract the Swine Flu there's a good chance you'll just be sick for a few days and nothing more. Over 200 people at my company got the Swine Flu in July and no one died. Not sure how I didn't get it being in the same room during its most contagious phase but I guess that is a good sign or who knows I may have had it before and my body is now immune to it.
