    Looking for BlackBerry Help

i've been trying to get the pix off my phone and onto my computer for a week now. i keep getting an error message when i try opening the Roxio Media Manager software, no matter how many times i've reinstalled it or pulled the battery on my phone. anyone have any suggestions?

it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.

Try enabling the Mass Storage Mode feature on the phone. That way you don't have to use Roxio, you can just plug in the phone and it shows up as a separate hard drive. On the Curve it's located under Options -> Media Card -> Mass Storage Mode Support. Set that to On.

i always wondered why it didn't come up as a separate drive. i have the mode selected ON. there's another option "auto enable mass storage mode when connected." should that be "yes"?

C++ is the programming language. Are you on Vista? That could be the problem. I had something similar but I went to Windows 7. Are you using version 5 of the BB Software?
