    JFK 08-08-2009 (a few photos)

They went from 31L only, to the 4's, to both 31's, to Canarsie and 13's. Only thing missing today was the mounds. Gorgeous day to be out there. DHL brought in a DC8! ABX a couple 762's, JAL One World 744, TAM A332 with the soccer ball nose. Enjoy!

    JFK 8/8/09 review

Thanks to Mark, I headed to the Mounds hoping to catch the AA 772 One World Scheme but I was expecting more after I checked ACARS. Delta 764 Skyteam was also inbound. What made the day special was that the Oneworld 772, SkyTeam 764, and Star Alliance 772 landed in that order on 22L which is pretty rare to happen. A great ending to an awesome week. :borat:

    Finally caught the DL/NW A333

Here comes the alliance train: First AA 772 One World Scheme Very shiny :D

Right behind it the Delta 764 Skyteam scheme:

And right behind EgyptAir 772 Star Alliance colors:

Aspires to become an Air Traffic Controller at Kennedy Tower.

    Wow..SAA brought in a -600??? That's unusual - it's normally the-300E.

    Serg,

You captured my baby - B-KPF. I love that plane! I watched all of those takeoffs from Bayswater. Did anyone bother you at the food court?

I couldn't be any more jealous of you guys up there. That first SAA shot is just incredible, and I love on the Oneworld AA shot you can actually see the mounds. Great work guys, hope to be up there next weekend!
