Wow...dude where have you been? St. Maarten is one of the most well known spotting locations around the world. That video is as real as it gets.

This was taken on July 2, 2006 - I can not believe that mateu21 recognized it ?!!? It just started to rain and the sky was completely dark (see the clip again). This pilot had a lot of problems getting this plane down. A lot of crosswind as well....
Anway, SXM is the? best place in the world for these things..."
