Both parties were wrong I think. She was out of line but she wasn't a threat just for not signing her ticket. The NBC report I saw, however, makes me lean slightly to the cop's side...she apparently ran to the local news crying about the incident, denied the allegations that she resisted, and then immediately stopped doing interviews when the PD released the video showing she did. :lol:

She was refusing his order not to go in the car, then she started to walk out into traffic, then she turned to enter the passenger side. She was a threat to herself. She boiled him over, He reacted. I thought it was interesting that he taised her and then she still refused to put her hands behind her back so he had to do it again. NOT GOOD.
