Just downloaded the software and was about to utilize it. I have the camera plugged into the computer via USB as I do not have a card reader.


Per the lep instructiuons,

When your camera is recognised as a logical drive under WINDOWS, then you can let PC INSPECTOR™ smart recovery directly access your camera.

If your camera is not recognised as a logical drive under WINDOWS, then you will need to use a CARD READER.
