Announcing the "New" and improved Legacy jetblue

That’s right. We think today is the perfect day to announce some unbelievable changes to JetBlue and our onboard product.
For Crewmembers, we plan to launch a whole new internal service program designed to help all of us start to think and act like the other guys. Called GET-A-TUDE, it involves just five simple steps:

Be in a mood, always
Be evasive
Be the question
Be the problem
Be surprised to see customers
And onboard, our customers are going to see some things that they’d never expect from JetBlue:
Seats
We’re going to add in 20 more rows to both the E190 and the A320 fleets to create a whole new product called: EMLL – Even Much Less Legroom.
Snacks
With more seats, we’ll need more snacks. In a move we’re calling “Hey somebody shrunk my snacks” we’ll be offering individual, miniature chips, cookies and a tasty miniature nut snack (pine nuts).
Sodas
With this clever move, we’re going to save on snacks and galley space, and allow Customers to share their experiences in a whole new way.(One soda-6 straws)
In-flight Entertainment
Customers can only watch one channel at a time, so that’s what we’re going to offer them. Called SeatBack-TV, the channel will feature mesmerizing footage of the seatback in front of you – think of it as art, as a form of entertainment.
