DL/NW Crown Rooms/WorldClubs To Be Renamed

For all those interested, Delta Crown Room Clubs and Northwest WorldClubs are to be rebranded as Sky Clubs effective immediately. In addition, previously, both airline's clubs were ran by Airport Customer Service (ACS) staff. The clubs will now be managed by the Customer Service Planning and Development department.

The new Sky Club signage/branding will begin appearing in early April and is expected to be completed worldwide by the end of the year.
