Dash 8 on its Tail Skid

    (sorry for the poor quality)

I just came across one of my older aviation photos, a Horizon Dash 8, which landed and then was on its tail skid for a good 10 or so seconds before the nose gear hit. Does anyone know where I can find any info about this event? It happened at KSEA on March 30, 1997. I checked the NTSB incident database, and couldn't find anything, so I'm guessing this wasn't big enough to be considered an incident?

it wouldn't classify as an accident IMO. looks to me like the crew was probably bored on a repo flight.
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.
