she may be air force, but she's still beautiful!
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.

the M2 always had a butterfly trigger. what's wierd is seeing that helo flying with the M2 instead of the M136 miniguns.

Didnt (or doesnt) PD have one or more of their copters with the ability to hook up a door gunner? I believe only to be
used in an extreme emergency like 9/11? I'm pretty sure I read that somewhere.

i doubt that the equipment is installed on the helos all the time, but seeing as the 412s are (almsot) the same airframe as the old UH-1s it wouldn't be hard to install a pintle mount for an M2 or M240. i'm pretty sure that the -119s come from the factory with the necessary airframe points for installing a mount in the floor. the -109s the USCG uses have them.

do you guys use the M2s? is the M136 only used for in-theater CSAR work? i think that the 160th SOAR is the only army unit to have the minigun on thier helo.
