So what do you shoot with?

Well one thing that I've truely learned from this site is that the skill of the photographer is far more important than the equipment he/she uses. But I don't think gear does play a bit of a role in 'keeper rate'.
I saw saw something like this on a.net; so I wondering what gear everyone here uses for aviation photography.

    For me:

    D300 + MB-D10 battery pack
    Nikon 35mm F2
    Nikon 50mm F1.8
    Nikon 18-200mm VR
    Nikon 70-300mm VR
    Nikon 300mm F4 AF-S

    What about you?

Canon EOS 3 35mm film camera + Motor winder = 6 fps on alkaline batteries.

Tokina 80-400 mm zoom = Concorde take off/landing photos or long range photos.

    Tamron 28-105mm = standard zoom

Tokina 19-35mm = wide angle zoom

x 1.5 teleconverter + Tokina 80-400 mm zoom = Concorde take off/landing photos or long range photos of thing.

x 2 teleconverter + Tokina 80-400 mm zoom = Concorde take off/landing photos or long range photos.

Graduating ND filter for above lenses.

it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.

Hows that Nikkor 80-400 VR workin for you? I've been looking at the 80-400's at B and H, but it is just too bad they don't have af-s.
Whats your opinion of the lens?
