yet another crappy wx day here in LGA. we do have a few things to brighten up our day. firstly, VP-BDJ has filed LGA-PBI, though i don't know if we'll see -BDJ depart thanks to our low ceilings. also, a USAF C-32W is here sitting on "E" ramp, with enough security outside the airport to make you think POTUS is here.

we are still landing on 13, which provides for great views from my office. i love watching all that water getting thrown up by reversers.
    1510L
C-GBZR just landed on 13, that's an ACA 767-300. shame no winglets...
    1530L
Air Force Two just departed off of 13.
    2150L
got a little busy for a while there and we finally switched to a two-runway operation so i no longer get to watch everything that comes in. we did get to watch C-FFWN depart, that's ACA's "Symphony of Voices" A320.
    2240L
C-GBZR paid us another visit, she's taxiing out now for a 31 departure.
    0230L
as i walked to my truck for the short drive home i noticed an ACA Jetz A320 sitting at 5-towers. wonder who the charter was for...
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.

Just a heartbeat away - VPOTUS Biden is in NYC today. He is speaking at the National Action Network's 11th annual conference in Manhattan.

If I go to LGA do I have any chance of seeing the C-32 or is it on complete lock down?

As you can see from Cancidas's update despite Crap weather and huge delays I do want to add one addition to his update.

    1620L

VP-BDJ blasted off 13 for PBI, this beauty is loud already but with the 300 foot ceilings and all the fog it was even louder than usual.

Around the same time is when the AC Jetz 320 arrived from MCO, not every day you see an Air Canada arrival from Florida here.

I did not quite make the 12 hour mark but what a shift, really, really bad.

    Cheers

    1400L

N129QS (NetJets BBJ) Made a nice 2500 foot departure off 31 followed by a rocket climb headed for BOS then NAS.

    1715L

The AC Jetz A-320 departed for YYZ, forgot to right down the reg.

    Cheers

a nice surprise on a slow sunday morning: N349NB just taxiied past my office, that's a DAL A319. don't know where they're going, she was headed away from the departure runway.
    1530L
N903DA made a perfect landing on 31, she's a DAL MD-90 in the new (UGLY!) colors.
    1725L
C-FGYS arrived, still painted in the interim ACA colors. she's an A320 belonging to AC Jetz.
    1921L
N373G taxieed out for departure a few min ago, that the General Electric Challenger 600.

    Re: Daily LGA Report 2009

The Air Canada 763 tonight was as always a nice treat, but it was probably the worst Air Canada plane I have seen in terms of appearance. On the right side a HUGE dirt smeer from under the cockpit to mid Biz class, even though it was new colors it just looked ruff. The Maple Leaf had a small chunck missing, and when it turned onto 31 for departure the number 1 engine cowling was half green then half white. This is all common with most carriers but not Air Canada.

    Regards

    1215L

    09 April

As is often the case the visitors come in pairs.

    1700L

VP-BPZ departed 13 for Opa Locka, can't ever recall anything ever departing LGA for their. Interestingly was airbourne about 2500 feet sooner than when Trump departs for PBI, climb rate was about double than standard Trump departures. As the Boeing departed 13 Pink Delta touched down on 22, As she taxied past the office I noticed the dark pink color is starting to fade a little, still pretty though.

XA-TWH blasted off of 13 just as i was walking up the stairs to the office.
N129DL landed a few minutes later. sadly, this DAL 763 has yet to recieve bent wings.
    1800L
N75RP just departed 13, a frequent yet always welcom visitor.
