    17 Feb

As mentioned in another thread AA operated an A-300 on a MIA-LGA-MIA routing.

N129QS arrived from PVR around 1700, probably around the 6th Netjets BBJ movement I have seen at LGA in the last week. This one quick turned then went to BDL.

Owned by Ty, the company that makes Beanie Babies. Probably in town for the annual Toy Fair.

N888TY is my favorite BBJ, here is a shot of her (self plug sorry) landing at LGA not long after re-painting and re-registering.

Below is IMO a very interesting Bio on Ty Warner, the BBJ's Billionaire owner, quite a sucess story.

i'm not aure but i don't think that 129 is still operated by NetJets. if i remember correctly they sold all thier BBJs.
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.

Matt, I had read they reduced the number of BBJ's, the below link does show them still in the fleet.

    http://www.netjets.com/NetJets_Fleet/NetJets_Fleet.asp

airfleets.net shows 129QS registered to Execuitive Jet Aviaiton which is also known as Netjets. Aircraft appears to be actually owned by Wells Fargo Bank.

Sounds like some fun crosswind landings at LGA right now...winds are 310 at 22, gusting 30, but they're still landing on 22.

Winds are currently right between the two runways, 270 at 23 gusting 28. Still expecting to go single runway at some point before our operation ends then the fun will start.

Not 20 mins after I typed this LGA went to single runway ops up and down 31, and the Localizer 31 approach is in use. JFK is also now on the 31's as well.

    19 FEB:

Today started with the Don and VP-BDJ departing mid-morning for MCO, nice break from the normal departures, the volume was enjoyed. Later N348NB arrived, first NW A-319 in the new scheme. my third sighting.

Late afternoon Allegiants MD-87 N949MA ferried in from SYR then took another load of gamblers down to UTA Tunica, Missisippi.

    21 FEB:

N349NB second NW 319 to get the Delta livery, all shots on JP and the blue site show it in the bowling shoe scheme.

    22 FEB:

Allegiant MD-87 N949MA returned from Tunica with her gamblers then ferried to PHL making an impressive 3000 foot takeoff roll then rocket climb departure off 31, parked on Alpha 4 next to the Jazz CRJ-200 in the Star Alliance scheme on Alpha 6, nice.

    N314US Delta A-320

This as of 3:00PM, will edit this post if anything worthy visits today.

    Now for Part 2

    VP-BDJ returned from PBI
UA 757 with winglets (rare for LGA)
AA A-300 (see update in the AA A-300 LGA thread)
about 3 aircraft behind the A-300 was
    AA 738 Retro.

Pretty good day at the office.

N664AA, the pink-ribboned AAL Breast Cancer 757 paid us a visit today.

VP-BPZ is still here by 5 towers too, though i wish she was parked next to VP-BDJ.
