He's actually in town to campaign for NJ Gov. Jon Corzine, but stopping at the FBI/JTTF to justify charging the trip to the taxpayers. (This is a non-partisan post: Presidents of both parties do this sort of thing).
Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We have a small problem.
All four engines have stopped. We are doing our damnedest to get them under control.
I trust you are not in too much distress. —Captain Eric Moody, British Airways Flight 9

these things are starting to be really, really annoying!
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.

    Re: Daily LGA Report 2009

    07 Nov

Over a 3 hour period today 3 unmarked militay versions of the G-V departed.
2 Where US Navy C-37B's 166378 and 166379 and the middle one was
a USAF C-37A 01-0029. Found it a little odd that all left in a 3 hour period.

But the highlight for me was N711HK, "The Herbert D Kelleher" and one of 3
Southwest 737-700's in their classic Gold scheme, really pretty I think !

    Cheers

Probably carrying the brass that attended the USS New York commissioning. Lots of top Navy folks on hand, as well as Sec of State Clinton. I imagine that once the ceremonies were over, they all needed to head back to work.
