it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.

And I, I took the path less traveled by
and that has made all the difference......yet...
I have a feeling a handle of people are going to be very interested in what I post in the near future.

Fred, those aren't models are they? Looks like you were playing with tilt/shift! Anyway's if it is tilt/shift, they came out great!

Those look great, Fred! Kenny, I spoke with Fred earlier, while they look like tilt/shift lens photos (that was my first reaction as well) he actually achieved this effect in PhotoShop. I'll leave to Fred to explain how he did it - he told me, but I don't have any idea!

I have a couple of tutorials bookmarked on creating the effect w/o using a tilt/shift lens. It's pretty wild effect to pull out.

That is Camp Hero in Montauk just to the south west of the lighthouse. It is actually part of the same park now.

and holy crap is it creepy in a deep fog first thing in the morning with nobody esle there!!!

As Moose said earlier, no pictures in this post were actual models, I did a gradinet mask then filter lens blur but I will need more time to explain. Here are a few more examples

Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We have a small problem.
All four engines have stopped. We are doing our damnedest to get them under control.
