The three most common expressions in aviation are, "Why is it doing that?", "Where are we?" and "Oh Crap".
is that the radar site on the east end of LI? i've flown over it a few times, always wanted to go run around on the ground down there. nice work, whose models are they fred?
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.
Very cool Fred!
And I, I took the path less traveled by
and that has made all the difference......yet...
I have a feeling a handle of people are going to be very interested in what I post in the near future.

Fred, those aren't models are they? Looks like you were playing with tilt/shift! Anyway's if it is tilt/shift, they came out great!

Those look great, Fred! Kenny, I spoke with Fred earlier, while they look like tilt/shift lens photos (that was my first reaction as well) he actually achieved this effect in PhotoShop. I'll leave to Fred to explain how he did it - he told me, but I don't have any idea!

I have a couple of tutorials bookmarked on creating the effect w/o using a tilt/shift lens. It's pretty wild effect to pull out.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We have a small problem.
All four engines have stopped. We are doing our damnedest to get them under control.
