That would be a question to ask on the a.net civil aviation forum, although I think that you might need to sign up as a member (one time fee of $25 as I recall) to post. You might just want to do a search of that forum first. The question may have been asked already.

It's better to ask here, I'd say...
a.) A number of our most active members are US employees.
    b.) It's free! (A.net is actually $5 a month).

Fair enough. There just always seem to be those types of questions floating around in the anet forum.

I just looked up the a.net membership fees. First Class is $5/month. Premium membership is a one time $25 fee. You can post to the forums with either of those memberships.

There are 3. 161, 169 and 173. Including new deliveries - 6 in NC. 161 was painted in January.

    ----------

Here are my calculations of what's left to be sprayed.

    19 A319s
    8 A320s
    25 A321s
6-7 B733s (Estimate) which might very well be retired soon idk (Very hard to keep track of all the 733 retirements as of lately maybe LGA777 can help)

Of course all West birds have been completed since last October. 734s are complete, 752s are complete, 762s have long been done. 276 (the last A330) should be going in around the end of October beginning of November just after LHR gets downgraded Oct 25th.

Re: How many us airways planes left in old paint

BoeingBoy, just reading this post as I was not online yesterday, Just to add to PHLApproaches good update.

N430US is currently being painted in MIA, was the last 734 in the old colors, now there are none.

There are only 2 733's left in the old colors, N527AU and N591US, my guess they are either scheduled for lease return very soon or they are to be painted once 430 is done. There are only 12 East 733's left total.

There is one 757 left N932UW. It is scheduled for lease return soon and freighter conversion for Fedex so it will not be repainted.

If you would like the regs on the 319/320's just PM me and I will send you the regs.

    Regards

Re: How many us airways planes left in old paint

Sorry guys the 320 list is good but a few ammemdments to the last 319 list.

There is no 761 in the fleet, but there are a 762 and 763 both in old colors, also add 724.

I am looking at N758UW as I type this, she is doing LGA-DCA-CLT then will ferry to ARA for painting. The crew will bring back 753 which is being completed today.

    Regards

haha, I copied his list and then modified it using my RE* print out. I guess I left his non existent 761 in there and forgot to put in 762/763 - I've even flown on 763

Ron, my other list that I update on phlairline.com indicates I posted that 724 was painted in February. Also thanks for the heads up on 758. Im off today so thanks. Nothing else yet? No more 321s..?

You notice they are really running the west birds through PIT for new cushions/covers :o

Not to be off topic of USAirways mainline but is there any chance that we would see any USAirways Express ERJ145s and E170s in the N/Cs soon? I have not see not one ERJ145 in N/Cs yet. Same goes for the Beechcraft 1900Ds. I know most of the Dash 8s have been done. Same goes for the CRJ200,700 and 900 Saab340Bs and E175.
